Returns

Returns of undamaged or unwanted items will be subject to a 20% restocking and collection fee (There is a minimum charge of £30.00 + VAT).

Made to order items are non-returnable.

If you wish to send any item back please email sales@wonderwallproducts.co.uk and we will provide the correct return address and confirm any charges that may apply.

We must be notified of any damages within 24 hours and we will arrange the replacement, collection or credit for the damaged item. Please send images of the damaged product when notifying us.
