Our fire-retardant, lockable Firewall® noticeboards with side-hinged doors are designed to protect your information on display against casual interference. Firewall® is a self-coloured pinnable noticeboard core with fire-retardant properties tested and classified as Class B according to the European Reaction to fire test BS EN 13501-1.
Clear covers are tested separately to the same standard and classified as Class B. This identifies that the product meets the public area building regulations for mounting in sensitive areas.
Almost entirely constructed from recycled and recyclable materials, and assembled in the UK to the highest standards featuring quality hinges, matching locks, full length glazing bars and shatterproof doors.
Concealed through the corner mounting and all fixings provided
Suitable for internal use only - These boards are not suitable for use outdoors.

Top-hinged fire-resistant lockable noticeboards are designed to protect notices against casual interference in busy corridors, ideal for use within educational establishments. This top-hinged model has been developed specifically to meet the BB100 guidelines for safeguarding against fire in schools. Part of our Resist-a-Flame range of products, the Firewall® core material and clear covers are tested and classified separately as Class B according to BS EN 13501-1, European Reaction to Fire test. The self-coloured pinnable core is made from recycled and recyclable materials, also offering acoustic properties to absorb and reduce noise levels in busy work spaces. Under laboratory conditions, Firewall® board material can achieve an NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) rating up to an impressive 0.8.

This attractive range of 7 Showcases meet the latest Reaction to Fire test, BS EN13501-1 and are all designed to take a specific number of A4 sheets as shown in the illustration.
The case is available in satin aluminium, a range of 5 powder coated colours and a unique light oak wood effect aluminium.
Each case has two matching locks and door support stays are fitted.
